Tiezzi is a small, traditional estate in Montalcino with a strong dedication to crafting Brunello di Montalcino of exceptional quality. The winery was founded by Enzo Tiezzi, an agronomist and winemaker with a passion for preserving the history and authenticity of Brunello. The estate includes some of Montalcino’s oldest vineyards, including the historic “Poggio Cerrino” and “Vigna Soccorso.”
Tiezzi’s Brunello wines are classically structured, showcasing firm tannins, bright acidity, and deep, complex flavors that develop beautifully with age. By adhering to traditional winemaking methods, including extended aging in large Slavonian oak casks, Tiezzi produces wines that embody the true spirit of Montalcino—refined, powerful, and built for longevity.
