After gaining experience with some of the region’s top domaines, he returned to his family’s vineyards to craft wines that celebrate the purity and elegance of Pinot Noir. His approach emphasizes organic viticulture, minimal intervention, and a deep respect for the terroir.
Maxime’s wines are already making waves for their refinement, silky textures, and expressive fruit. His focus on Volnay’s premier crus, as well as select parcels from Beaune, results in wines with precision and energy, showcasing the next generation of Burgundy’s winemaking talent.
