Anne Gros, one of Burgundy’s most respected winemakers, joined forces with Jean-Paul Tollot to create an exciting Domaine in the south of France’s Minervois region. Established in 2008, their estate brings Burgundian precision and elegance to the sun-drenched terroirs of Languedoc, producing wines from Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault.
With meticulous vineyard management and minimal intervention in the cellar, Anne and Jean-Paul craft wines that beautifully balance freshness, structure, and aromatic complexity. Their Minervois bottlings offer a unique expression of southern French terroir with a level of refinement rarely seen in the region. As a result, these wines have become favourites among those seeking both the richness of the south and the finesse of Burgundy.
