With a history dating back to 1640, Domaine Pinson is one of Chablis’ oldest and most respected family domaines. Today, Laurent and Christophe Pinson carry on their family’s legacy, producing classic, terroir-driven Chardonnays that capture the essence of this unique limestone-rich region. The Domaine farms around 14 hectares, including prized holdings in Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos and several Premier Cru sites.
The Pinson style is one of purity and precision, balancing the crisp acidity and minerality that define great Chablis with just the right amount of texture and depth. Fermentation and aging are carefully tailored to each vineyard, with stainless steel used for freshness and a judicious amount of oak for added complexity.
