Domaine Henri Boillot is a benchmark producer in Burgundy, renowned for its impeccably crafted Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from the Côte de Beaune. Based in Meursault, the Domaine specializes in some of the region’s finest expressions of Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and Volnay, with a winemaking philosophy centred on precision, purity, and site transparency.
Henri Boillot, who took over in the mid-2000s, is known for his meticulous vineyard management and skillful use of oak, creating wines with remarkable depth, balance, and energy. His Chardonnays are celebrated for their crystalline minerality and tension, while the Pinot Noirs display finesse and structure.
