Eleni and Edouard Vocoret represent a new generation of Chablis winemakers, bringing a fresh and artisanal approach to this historic region. After working in vineyards across France, including at legendary Domaine Leflaive, the couple returned to Chablis in 2013 to take over a small portion of the Vocoret family’s vineyards. Their focus on low-intervention farming, organic practices, and minimal sulfur use has quickly earned them a devoted following.
Their wines emphasize purity, precision, and the signature saline minerality of Chablis. Sourced from prime vineyard sites, including well-situated village-level parcels and Premier Crus, their wines showcase vibrant acidity, layered complexity, and an unmistakable sense of place. With limited production and growing acclaim, Eleni & Edouard Vocoret are shaping the future of Chablis with their meticulous and passionate approach.
