Domaine des Tours is the personal project of Emmanuel Reynaud, the enigmatic winemaker behind Château Rayas. Located in the Vaucluse, Domaine des Tours produces wines that share the signature finesse and charm of Rayas but at a more approachable level. The estate’s Grenache-based reds and aromatic whites are beloved for their purity, freshness, and expressive character.
Using traditional winemaking methods, including whole-cluster fermentation and aging in old oak, Reynaud crafts wines that emphasize elegance over power. Though they may not carry the prestige of Rayas, the wines of Domaine des Tours offer an extraordinary glimpse into the artistry of one of the Rhône’s most legendary winemakers.
