CÉCILE TREMBLAY
A Rising Star of Burgundy
Cécile Tremblay has quickly established herself as one of Burgundy’s most exciting and sought-after winemakers. As the great-grandniece of the legendary Henri Jayer, she carries a deep-rooted passion for Pinot Noir and a profound respect for terroir. Since taking over her family’s vineyards in 2003, Cécile has transitioned the Domaine to organic and biodynamic farming, ensuring that each wine reflects the purity and energy of its site.
Her wines, which hail from some of Burgundy’s most esteemed villages, including Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, and Nuits-Saint-Georges, are known for their elegance, aromatic complexity, and seamless texture. By embracing whole-cluster fermentation and minimal intervention, Cécile crafts wines that are both expressive and age-worthy. With limited production and immense critical acclaim, her bottles are highly coveted by collectors and connoisseurs alike.
